As an educator, you know all too well the challenges and inequities faced by students and teachers in classrooms today. Now, you can learn to make a difference—with the online Master of Arts in Educational Leadership (MEL) from Mills College.

Designed for teachers, administrators, and higher education officials with a desire to improve our schools and school systems, this 18-month, 100% online program will prepare you to transform the future of education policy, advocacy, and practice through a curriculum rooted in social justice, reflective leadership, and an empathetic approach to problem-solving. 

You’ll graduate ready to create more progressive, thoughtful, and culturally competent education systems.

As we plan a new direction for the future of Mills, we're still enrolling graduate students who can complete their degree by 2023.
